What I Wore – THE SOUVENIR JACKET

You have probably seen the souvenir jacket a lot recently,  on catwalks, celebrities and all over Instagram but getting your hands on one has either meant rummaging around in dodgy vintage shops or taking out a small mortgage to afford a designer one,

but now they have finally made it to the high street and I’ve picked up this amazing TOPMAN  one!   buy it here

The mix of black and champagne keeps it looking traditional without being too in your face, I love the detail on the back, the big bold embroidered Egle inspired by traditional Japanese imagery makes it very expensive looking.

But without doubt, the best part is that its reversable! 2 jackets for the price of one! turned inside out its and exact copy but in all black with matte balck stitching, there is also a small touch of champaign piping,

It’s actually really affordable considering you can get double the use out of it! I’ve paired it with a plain white tee and some dark grey jeans as it’s a statement piece and could look too busy against contrasting materials and patterns

Will you be investing in this trend? Let me know!
