I’m delighted to announce that I’m going to be working with McElhinneys over the next few months to bring you the latest trends that are available in store!
Mc Elhinneys is a Family run business in Ballybofey and its somewhere I have always visited over the years (I think I even got my holy communion suit there!) However, over the last few years, I have chosen to shop in high street stores and assumed menswear available would be aimed at the older man, but last month when I visited the menswear department I couldn’t believe the variety of cool brands and clothing available.
I thought I’d show you some of the outfits Ive put together from McElhinneys and the brands you wouldn’t expect them to stock.
Outfit 1
As soon as I saw this jacket I knew I needed it, It’s from Tommy Jeans, Heres the Link
Mc Elhinneys has one of the biggest displays of Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy jeans Ive seen, even some items which are always sold out in Urban Outfitters! Ive layered the jacket over a Tommy Hilfiger Jumper in burgundy with gold embroidered detail with a pair of drake skinny black jeans from Farah Menswear. These are great quality pieces you can mix and match to create loads of cool outfits.
Outfit 2
For the second outfit Ive went for a pair of Black Farah jeans and a Navy Farah shirt,
I love these Farah shirts, they are the perfect smart casual piece coming in loads of colours, I also have the white and Ive got so much wear out of it!
Ive worn this outfit with some Grey Vans, I didn’t even realise McElhinney’s had such a great stock of shoes, and the Vans are cheaper here than other stores! I also wore the Tommy Jeans denim jacket over this look, I’m telling you, I’m OBSESSED with it.
Outfit 3
This Final outfit is alot more casual and perfect for a day at university. Ive worn the same jeans as previous with this Tommy T-shirt and Ted Baker Backpack.
If you know me you know I cant pass a backpack, I really love this all black one from Ted Baker, You can tell its good quality as it doesn’t lose its shape when you wear it and the subtle branding is really nice!
